The Future of Agriculture in Europe: Smart Farming Leads the Way

The EU Smart-AKIS Network organises its final conference presenting its main findings on the adoption of Smart Farming Technologies in European agriculture, on Wednesday June 27th in Brussels. Smart-AKIS is the thematic network focusing on the dissemination of Smart Farming Technologies (SFT) in Europe, backed up by EIP-AGRI and funded by Horizon 2020 programme. The Network is coordinated by the Agricultural University of Athens and involves other 12 partners representing farmers, agricultural advisors, researchers and the farm equipment industry.

The Smart-AKIS Conference will gather EU policy makers, agricultural practitioners, researchers, industry leaders interested in fostering the adoption of Smart Farming Technologies in Europe.
