EggMeat 2017
The XVII European Symposium on the Quality of Eggs and Egg Products and the XXIII European Symposium on the Quality of Poultry Meat will be jointly held on 3-5 September in Edinburg. Organised by the UK branch of the World Poultry Association, this dual event is aimed at all those interested in the science and application of science to the egg and poultry meat industry.
The poultry industry relies on science and its application and these meetings are important in making sure we keep advancing to meet the biggest challenges the world faces in terms of sustainable food supply. The forum is conceived as a platform allowing for researchers to meet and build collaborations.
The EGGMEAT 2017 meeting is a joint activity of two working groups of the European federation of the world poultry science association (WPSA):

- The poultry meat quality Working Group
