Digitising European Industry Stakeholder Forum 2018
The Stakeholder Forum is a public event organised on a yearly basis by the European Commission together with a Member State within the context of the Digitising European Industry initiative (DEI). This event is also a part of the European Platform of National Initiatives on digitising industry, which gives participants the chance to coordinate on various initiatives organised at national, regional and EU level. This year’s forum takes place in Paris on 27-28 March.
The event brings together all the different actors involved in the digital value chain, such as the European Commission, Member States, national initiatives, industry representatives, SMEs, academia and Digital Innovation Hubs to share experiences, exchange best practices and discuss the implementation of the DEI initiative. An exhibition area will also offer the possibility to get first-hand information on national initiatives on digitising industry, organise presentations for small groups, and showcase successful examples of the use of digital technologies.
