Workshop “experiences of bio-diversity valorization in Europe”
Held in the Italian region of Tuscany from 9 to 10 November, the workshop will showcase practical cases of agro-biodiversity valorisation from all around Europe.
The workshop takes place at the Alberese Farm, a multifunctional 4200 hectare organic holding owned by the Regional Government of Tuscany. It is organised by Terre Regionali Toscana, the mandated organism in charge the conservation and valorisation of local genetic resources in the region.
The event is based on a ‘peer-to-peer’ process where attendees can present and learn about new methods to valorize and market local products.
